• Task management across Work, Study, and Social categories
• Brain dump feature for capturing thoughts in various formats
• Pomodoro timer for focused work sessions
• User account management and data synchronization

You must be at least 13 years old to use CAFT. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You retain ownership of all content you create in CAFT, including tasks, brain dumps, and other data. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.

You are solely responsible for your content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. We do not endorse, support, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, or reliability of any user content.

5.3 Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, though we are not obligated to do so.

6. Intellectual Property

The CAFT service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by CAFT and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.
